Easy Returns:
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Cash-on-Delivery Orders:
Refunds for eligible COD returns will be processed via bank transfer or store credit. Cash cannot be returned in person.

How to Request a Return:

• Email us at umuhammad766@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Our team will guide you through the return process.

Conditions for Returns:

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

• Certain items (like opened electronics accessories) may not be eligible for return.

Refund Processing:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. You will be notified via email.

Exchanges:
Contact our support team to request an exchange. Availability will be confirmed before proceeding.
